wylie's retreat is a gated home There are two automatic gates located at the front of the home. The first gate on the right when you arrive is the ENTRANCE gate. The second gate on the right is the EXIT gate.

• do not use the indoor fireplace
• do not touch, tamper with, or use the boat
• use the dock at your own risk
• swim at your own risk
• use caution when walking around the property – natural grading may be uneven
• do not make large fires in the fire pit
• do not leave warm or hot embers in the fire pit
• if you bring more guests than reflected on your reservation, you may be asked to leave without a refund
• there is a $250 pet fee for up to two pets
• additional fee if pet droppings are left on-site
• no large gatherings or events over occupancy are allowed unless pre-approved additional fees and security deposit may apply
• security cameras monitor the entrance gate, exit gate, front door, garden, main deck, and side back door
• keep the hot tub covered when not in use
• do not put soap in the hot tub
• dispose of trash in tied trash bags only—no loose trash allowed
• please limit your trash to 6 bags
• no smoking is allowed—violations may result in a $2,000 smoke damage fee
