originally built in the 1930s by a local doctor, this home has been lovingly updated while maintaining its timeless charm Hardwood floors flow throughout the house, complementing the thoughtful design and modern updates you'll find in every room.
first floor:
step into the heart of the home, featuring a spacious, professionally designed kitchen with custom granite countertops, brand-new appliances, and not one but two built-in dishwashers to make cleanup effortless after big meals The dining area seats 10-12, perfect for gatherings.
adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy yet elegant family room invites you to relax It features a custom leather couch, a beautiful fireplace for chilly evenings, and a chaise lounge perfectly positioned by the window to create a peaceful reading nook overlooking the lake. This space offers the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
