this is a 3 bedroom 3 full-bath home that is recently renovated and includes high-end furnishings and appliances to match It includes 2 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2 twins. There are two full baths with walk-in frameless showers and the other with a bathtub.
there is a very large private fenced backyard for your canine friends and 68 acres for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.
you also have your own private boat dock with swim platform which includes kayaks and life jackets and a lilly pad for playing in the water
you will have access to the entire home You will also have access to a private dock with swim dock. To access the dock you will park at top of hill after near the guard rails and walk down the stairs. We highly recommend you dont attempt this at night because it’s very dark and steep. If you are concerned about driving your car down a very steep incline you can park your car in the RV spot just to the left before the steep hill.
please do not drive your car down past this spot, there is a private cabin at the bottom of the hill that is another one of our rental properties and it is likely occupied Please be respectful of your neighbors.
