This 5 bedroom lake front home is is situated on a large shaded lot on the highly sought after open water of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Relax on one of the two large patios that overlook the lake and watch the boats go by. Or, spend your time relaxing on the newly constructed boat dock and swimming in the roped off swim area.
the house has a great layout for enjoying time with family and friends inside and out The kitchen is open to the family room, all with views of the lake. The large screened in porch is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture in addition to a picnic table to take in the lake breeze while eating or relaxing.
the house also has amazing private space for kids to enjoy the lower floor has a large bunk room with 4 bunk beds (2 are double beds) in addition to a media/game area with a large tv, and its own private bathroom and porch!
the house is best suited for up to 8 adults and their children and grandchildren
we welcome pets but they must be pre-approved by the owners The additional pet fee is $100.00 per pet, per stay. If you would like to bring your pet, please request a Pet Agreement form by VRBO message.
