Welcome to Coral Cove Chalet. Beautiful new dock and lakeside patio. Close to amenities but a very peaceful and quiet area of Treasure Lake. Perfect week long family vacations, golf groups, etc. Hosts are 5 star rated hosts with years of experience catering to the needs of our guests.
dredging discount: treasure lake was lowered by 10 feet in oct 24 to dredge the lake We do not expect the lake to fill up by summer 2025, discounts have been applied.
6 pool/beach passes are provided for access to the lakeview lodge pool which is open to guests monday - thursday from memorial day to labor day Lakeview Lodge is a 5 minute walk from the house. (For Summer 2025 passes will be good at Bimini Beach and Cayman Campground Pool, restricted days/hours apply). A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool and beaches are reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays.

enjoy the convenience of being right on the lake Wake up to the spectacular view of the lake and enjoy your coffee on the deck. Spend your days fishing, swimming and kayaking. Enjoy a day of golf or walking/biking on the quiet streets that surround the home. Walk to the pool and tennis courts (see pool restrictions below).The lawn is perfect for an afternoon playing games (various games provided). Nights can be spent with dinners cooked on the supplied gas/charcoal BBQ and around a cozy lakeside fire. s'mores kits included!!!
pet policy: we accept non shedding dogs under 50 lbs (up to 2) Any other type dog must be pre approved before booking.
all dog owners must agree to our dog rules:
- dogs musts be have flea and tick protection the week prior to trip
-owners must clean up yard and not leave any excessive dog hair in the home
-dogs must be on lease at all times when outside . .no loose dogs in the yard
-use your own dog blanket on any furniture the dog will use
-an additional cleaning fee up to $200 if excessive hair is left in the house, yard not cleaned up

4 kayaks provided with the home, life vests and paddles No outside boats allowed into the development. All guests must wear a life vest when out on the lakes. Renters assume all responsibility using boats and will not hold owner liable. Swim off private deck, in quiet safe cove. Please note that Treasure Lake POA has limited access to the community pool/beaches. Only owners can use the pool on weekends and holidays. We will have a 6 pool/beach cards that can be used Mon-Thursday (non holidays) for renters. (these rules apply to all treasure lake vacation homes)
