spacious, newly renovated neighborhood lakeside home just 25 min east of wichita Called the "Grandhouse" by the grandkids, whose grandparents designed and built the house in 1978. This clean and open space concept is great for large groups or family gatherings.
house rules include no pets, smoking, intoxication or parties (this includes no additional visitors day or night) There is also a quiet after 10 pm rule to respect the neighbors.
upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and large kitchen with open dining/living room and vaulted ceiling
downstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, game/family room with ping-pong table, sofa's and tv The owners served in Africa for 17 years doing missions work as an educator and nurse. This fact is delightfully highlighted in some of the decor.
