~guests will have exclusive access to the whole cabin & double lot property
~the main parking in front of the cabin has room for 3 vehicles **Garage driveway is steep.** The side driveway (approx. 36 feet long) will hold 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. approximately 36ft. *Please make sure your boat/trailer is no longer than 36 feet long.*
~door code will be sent out the day before your arrival It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.
~the entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!
**guests will have access to the whole cabin and double lot attached, as well as use of the hot tub There is a HOA private community boat launch area about 5-10 minute walk. Launch your boat, kayak and canoe. All docks in the HOA area are private and can't be used. You are welcome to bring water toys to store them in the garage.
