the golden bear retreat is a 10 minute drive to heavenly ski resort, the shops, entertainment and dining at the heavenly village and a short drive to the beaches and marinas of lake tahoe Sierra At Tahoe is approximately 30 minutes away depending on road conditions and traffic.
this home features upstairs living, as you enter the front door and go upstairs there is a spacious great room accented by a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, kitchen, dining and a sunny deck with a gas bbq The kitchen is well equipped for creating the family feast. There is a smart TV in the living room.
