parking: free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles
air conditioning: window air conditioning units are only available in the sunroom and the hallway on the 2nd floor Other areas, including the bedrooms, are equipped with fans.
grill: we ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill thank you!
please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels
