Overlooking 575 acre Watchaug Pond - fabulous area for fishing, hiking , mountain and street biking. Right on John Vincent Gormley Trail and interconnecting trails of Burlingame State Park. Short drive to Misquamicut, East Beach, Charlestown Beach, Narragansett and University of Rhode Island. A little longer drive to Newport. Within a mile of Ninigret Park - salt water kayak launch, tennis courts, playground and observatory, site of the annual Seafood Festival, Rythmn and Roots Festival.
