Summary: We needed a place to stay one night, driving through for 11 hour drive to ca. A place to relax and kids burn energy at the pool. Unfriendly Staff at desk was not informative about offers and hotel services. Never asked for car id for parking, so assuming no security. Tv devices didn’t work, mud and rock was tracked from entryway rugs into hotel room. Our room had strange set up, sink and counter in the room separate from the room with toilet and shower. Pool felt like pebbles and not heated. Pool towels were hand towels. Hot tub was not hot. And text messages were never responded to if we needed service. When checking out nobody at the front desk on the morning. We just left our keys on the desk. I say only good thing was our room had 3 beds and morning breakfast was good.
