Summary: Cleanliness at this hotel was not a problem for us. The hotel is well-kept and clean. When it came to the staff and booking, we struggled. We arrived at the hotel very late at night and were told that it was overbooked, so we would need to find a new hotel. We had even prepaid for our room. They sent us to a hotel they worked with, but the paper they provided only covered one night of our stay, despite us having paid for three nights. We were told that we needed to come back and see if they had rooms for us in the morning. We called the hotel in the morning to see if there were any rooms available before we came back over, but were told that we were taken out of their system and to give them 30 minutes to figure things out, then we were hung up on over the phone. We decided to go talk in person to the desk and were told we had to wait until 12 to see if there was a room. Mind you, we should've had a room this whole time. We got a room in the end, but this stressed us out on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
