our appartment of 85 sqm is on the 1st floor with an elevator in a dead-end side street of the lippenslaan, which makes it very calme and silent during the night (except for some seagulls in the morning ;-)) We have 2 bedrooms. 1 main bedroom with double bed (1m60) and 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 of 1m20 and 1 of 1m40).
