this brilliant place is called santa teresa and it’s just far enough out of the way to keep the crowds out but close enough to paradise that it’s worth going an extra mile for
we built a very special hilltop house here to entertain our friends and family This is a very private place, just a kilometer up the hill from spectacular beaches, surf spots, bars and restaurants but guarded by a gatehouse and hidden by the dense rain forest that surrounds it.
of course we share this space with the resident monkeys, parrots, toucans and all of our other beloved forest friends Sometimes if we’re lucky, we get to watch the whales swim by in the turquoise ocean below with our morning coffee. what a life!
whales and dolphins: while not everyone likes to go fishing, it's worthwhile at least taking a boat tour of cabo blanco just south of santa teresa to view the migrating whales, dolphins, manta rays, turtles and a wide array of stunning sea life
