Positive: What a gem :) The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully designed, with a very distinctive character. The style feels like a mix of eclectic design and Italian vintage, with so many interesting details that make the place feel unique rather than “just another rental apartment.” There are two large bedrooms with very comfortable big beds, and each bedroom has its own small balcony. The apartment also has two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group of four. Our favourite part was the living room connected with the kitchen, with two comfortable sofas where we could relax together in the evenings after long days of walking around Rome. Every everyday object in the apartment seems to have been chosen with care. Many pieces are original, unusual, and really interesting from a design perspective, and we loved the fact that some of them can even be purchased from the owner. The windows overlook charming Roman rooftops, which adds a lot to the atmosphere. The apartment also has useful amenities such as a TV, speaker, hairdryer, and an elevator in the building. The host/manager was extremely kind andm helpful. He welcomed us in person even though we arrived around 1 a.m., and the communication throughout our stay was very smooth. On the day of check-out, he kindly allowed us to stay longer because we had a later flight, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. The location is perfect. The apartment is on a beautiful, atmospheric street in a very central area, within walking distance of many main attractions. Within about 100 metres, there is an ice cream shop, a very well-stocked grocery store, and several nice restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this place, especially for people who appreciate design, atmosphere, comfort, and a truly Roman feeling. A small funny warning: each of the four of us managed to hit a toe on one of the kitchen chairs at least once while moving around in the morning.
