-pets are welcome; two large dogs max, 4 smaller dogs max, must clean up any yard droppings, $100 pet fee Excessive Barking in back yard will remove yard privileges. All pets must be in-doors after 9pm. Please keep Pets out of backyard area when damp or raining, they can track mud back into the house.

-rates for couples and families based on number of guests After 6 guests, $50 per person...we can have up to 13 guests
-additional bedding after 6 guests; 2 queen inflatable bed, 2 single cots, 1 single couch surfer spot, extra bedding is in the hall closet by the front door, as are sheets, all extra pillows are kept in the master closet
-for now host/owner stays onsite in the extra garage apartment
