Positive: Apartment is big and spacious. Nice view from the balcony. Parking available.

Negative: Four floors of stairs to go up. No air conditioning or fan at the apartment. Owner requested to take photos of everyone’s passport, including the 9 year old boy who stayed with us. We travelled around Italy for around 20 days and they were happy just with the name, last name, document number, and date of birth. We understand they forward it to the questura. However, this property requested the document photo of all of us, not just mine who was in charged. We stayed only one night.
