Positive: This small landed upper house has an organized staff. So, it is very convenient to find the house information. MPV 7 seated car can park in the porch. The house is good and convenient for ordinary living if not requirements, and suitable for healthy people and no fussy people to stay only. The location is good if you have transportation, it is not far from Jonker Walk Street. The kettle and water filter system is important for a family, all facilities in need are well provided. There are all kinds of furniture, facilities and toys, if you can't sleep at home, you won't feel bored because you have things to play with. All the suis of light and the fan have written in English and Chinese information.
Negative: The only trouble is that you have to pay a deposit of RM100 before checking in, and you are required to remember to take a video before you leave, and remember to give the information to get the deposit back after you checked out, they will check the house before refund the deposit. Hygiene is only superficial, the hygiene of the house is not very good, there is a lot of dust, and it is not suitable for oldies, oku weak people and children with sensitivity, sickness and weak healthy bodies. You have to climb the stairs to go up to the house u stay from the car porch, and the living room is at the top of the stairs. All of the furniture, facilities and toys, look second-hand, dusty, dirty water marks and tattered. There is a washing machine provided but it looks second-hand and dirty. The suite's bathroom water heater is very noisy. Water is leakage suddenly at midnight too. The balcony is locked and you can't go out to see the scenery. The suite is at the innermost, and the window is close to the main road, the sound of motorcycles outside at midnight is very disturbing to sleep.
