kipseli villa is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV. The living room and the bedroom are equipped with air condition units. There is also a cot and a high chair for babies.
there is parking space to accommodate two cars It must also be noted that this villa is surrounded by greenery for privacy. The view from the outdoor area is absolutely magical.
