The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped, and the lounge includes SKY, a Smart TV, Sonos and Spotify. Underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling glass make the space bright and comfortable year-round.

south cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping.
cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays.
𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
a car is ideal for exploring the surrounding villages and lakes That said, Kemble Station (direct trains from London) is just 7 miles away, and the 51 bus runs from the end of the lane to Cirencester and Swindon. Once you arrive, walking and cycling are great ways to enjoy the peaceful landscape.
