1 I use smart technology in my home including smart locks, thermostat, TVs, smoke detectors, and more. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There's no physical key or keypad access. You must access the home via the August mobile app.
2 Health and safety are my top priority! I conduct a professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches is cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, accommodating late check-outs or early check-ins is extremely difficult.
3 Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in a respected residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your own. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
4 The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community, and you may run into other neighbors' pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.
5 This is a bi-level home, so one must climb stairs to reach the upper and lower bedroom areas.
6 Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see the house rules.
7 The stairs leading to the lower level has a sloped ceiling.
8 All guests staying 3 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay clean every 2 weeks.
