Summary: The condo was nice enough and we were steps away from restaurants, shopping, tennis & golf. Unfortunately, communication with the Property Mgmt Co was lacking. To begin with there wasn't a welcome book in the unit so we were unable to find the wifi password (the password on the back of the wifit unit was not correct). I contacted the rental company and they were unable to locate it so we were without wifi Saturday and Sunday. On Monday a nice woman from the property mgmt company did show up and was able to work with her staff to track it down. We also found out the dishwasher wasn't working when someone from Lowe's showed up unexpectedly to ask us what we wanted to do with it. When we made the rental company aware of it they said they would be back in touch to let us know if Lowe's would be returning to remove/replace it. She also thought they might be able to offer us a discount for the inconvenience of being without a dishwasher for 2 weeks however we never heard back from anyone. I made a follow-up call regarding the discount the day we checked out and was told we would receive an email or a phone call one way or the other and again there was no further communication. Disappointing.
