3 Bedroom Cottage in Coboconk, Kawartha Lakes
Log home on Shadow Lake with large grass area, beach, boat dock, bbq deck, firepit. Inside is a large open living room with massive fireplace, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, 1 large master bedroom (w/king bed) on the main floor and a TV/4th bedroom perfect for kids to bunk together that has 2 double size futons. Most suited for 4 to 6 adults and smaller children. On the deck you will find a bbq and plenty of Muskoka chairs, as well as a relaxing outdoor seating area! We also have an outdoor firepit!! The view from the deck and main windows is south down the lake, just lovely! We are 5 kms away from the town of Coboconk which has the Patti House (famous local landspot!), a Subway, Foodland, beer store, LCBO. 20 minutes to Fenellon Falls, Bobcaygeon and Minden (home to the world famous Kawartha Dairy). We are perfect for families with small children and adult family reunions. pet friendly
