A very special Nantucket waterfront property with a front seat to the harbor. Located on Easton Street near Brant Point Lighthouse, the house has five (5) bedrooms in total including a first floor suite. The waterside porch and deck are poised to take in the views and enjoy the boating activity across the water. A lush lawn surrounds the house and there is generous parking in the driveway courtyard. The house was fully refreshed in 2022.

In the kitchen there is another sitting area and breakfast table. The space is bright and fresh with small hall to the side entry and the first floor bedroom suite (king). There is a half bath off the foyer and another deck on the street-side of the house.
