There is a large covered porch on this floor off the main living area as well as another covered porch on the back of the house that overlooks the driveway and yard. Both Porches provide plenty of shade with relaxing ocean breezes. Shared Half Bath this level.
floor #2: bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, ocean views, and sound views Bedroom #3 has queen bed, desk, oceanview and soundviews. Floor #2 also has a common sitting area that leads to a covered oceanview observation deck and soundviews can be seen from the center atrium. Shared Full Bath this level.
