If desired, the residential units (ground floor and first floor) can also be locked off and inhabited separately. Youth groups and clubs are not allowed! Pets are very welcome - however, attack dogs are not allowed! Villa Romantica (formerly: Villa Tatiana) is located in Liznjan in a quiet new settlement, about 200 m from the outskirts of Medulin, 500 m from the football field in Liznjan and only 600 m from Sami's Ranch in Medulin. The well-known and popular beaches of Medulin are about 2 km away - 5 minutes by car. There is free parking in the green areas next to Hotel Belvedere (Restaurant Lungomare). Those who prefer quieter, secluded beaches will find a large number of natural beaches in Liznjan and the surrounding area from a distance of 2.5 km (5 minutes by car), also in remote places, where you can swim with your dog, for example. The beautifully landscaped municipal beach of Liznjan is also highly recommended - especially with children - there is also a cafe and a kiosk where you can buy ice cream or snacks, for example. Also in Pula and the surrounding area you will find other beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in 12 minutes.
