This interior designer-owned home is located on the ground floor and second floor of our100+ year old Bed Stuy rowhouse. We recently completed a full gut renovation of the laundry room (Oct 2021). We also installed new cedar fence in the private backyard and repaired and fixed and painted the stairs on the front of the house. Lots of other small improvements throughout the home.
ground floor is open floor concept and consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and half bath It also includes access to the front patio and the backyard. We spend most of our post-work hours on the ground floor.
the second floor includes high ceilings and some original architectural details On this floor, you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet, second bedroom, and master bathroom.
the master bathroom was fully gut renovated in 2019 and includes a large and luxurious shower / tub combo and new toilet with bidet
