this unique mid-century modern open floor plan home features large windows across the entire back of the home with amazing scenic lake views from every room The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for meal preparation: double ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and utensils are provided. If you enjoy cooking outside, you're welcome to use the Rec-Tec pellet grill.
enjoy the lake breeze and the hill country wildlife while you sip your morning coffee on the covered porch or down by the water on the pier A beautiful, sprawling lawn down to the water finds butterflies, deer, squirrels, osprey and Canadian geese leading you to the private pier and water access. The area is ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing (provided), stand up paddle board (provided) or floating peacefully on inner tubes with friends. The dock features plenty of space for sunbathing during the day or star gazing at night.
