*our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

the single-level home has no stairs and convenient parking right at the door The living space has a 65" TV and enough seats for everyone to gather around. Our kitchen is recently updated with stainless steel appliances, custom concrete countertops, and stocked cabinets. A Keurig coffee machine is included and comes with Starbucks K-cups. The dining room table has seats seven. In-unit laundry room has full sized washer and dryer. Dishwasher and laundry detergent are also included.
all 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen mattresses Both bathrooms have shower/tub. The master bedroom has a 50" TV, desk with 27" monitors, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom. Bedroom #3 has the second monitor setup with 24" screens.

ithaca has uber and lyft but if you won't want to stay here without a car
