villa borboleta is a beautiful two-story villa located in the hillside of geremeas residence, with a beautiful sea view and only 400 meters from geremeas beach (marongiu beach), which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to holders of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Borboleta is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, having 2 doubles, one twin and one triple room with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms. The property is accessed through a characteristic staircase that starts from the parking space and leads to the main terrace with a breathtaking sea view. Villa Borboleta is positioned at the highest point of the geremeas amphitheater, this makes the terrace cool and breezy, from here you enter the main entrance that opens onto the living room with dining room and TV area. A French window near the dining table leads to an inner courtyard where we find clotheslines and a typical brick oven where we can bake pizza, typical Sardinian suckling pig, and grill as well as a classic BBQ. To the left of the entrance we find a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, bread maker and even deep fryer. On the same floor we find a bathroom with a small tub and washing machine. Going up the stairs we enter the sleeping area, we immediately find a large bathroom with Italian shower and window, the triple room with bunk beds and a stunning sea view and the twin room (eventually you can create a double), with a large terrace with ping pong table The double room overlooks a large terrace with double sea/garden view.
