ground floor, beautiful, warm and cozy condo Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, very comfortable condo Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) Dining area open to living room.

*pets are allowed with a pet fee please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

the condo is rented in full Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) all wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*parking is free
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises

*charging electrical vehicles is not allowed
*pool fob are counted after each stay (pool is seasonal and closed for winter time)

*due to the fact that some guests have allergies, pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras
*bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
