summers are hot, but the house is cool, according to customer comments, they hardly need to use the air conditioning
winters, on the other hand (december, january and february), are usually cooler and more humid, and the sea borders cape trafalgar It is necessary, but also pleasant, to ventilate the house for about 10 minutes in the morning, to renew the fresh air and breathe, then turn on the fireplace or the heating, the house heats up quickly.
