welcome to this charming and completely renovated cottage in desirable bonnet shores neighborhood!
hardwood floors, natural sunlight and central air is found throughout Step into this home and take in the beauty of the amazing stone fireplace that is located in the center of the home. Large flat screen is perfectly hung on the fireplace with two full couches and a coffee table. A lovely dining area that comfortably seats four is open to the family room. The updated kitchen features shaker style cabinetry, granite countertops and chic black stainless-steel appliances. Two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom are located off the family room. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a TV. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, shower stall only and a vanity with a granite countertop. An office/studio space has a futon, the futon folds down into a full-size bed, this room can be used as a third bedroom if desired. Barbeque on the spacious deck that includes a gas grill and outdoor seating. Good sized yard which is great for yard games and of course, an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower has hot & cold water and is fully enclosed.

this home is approximately a 10 minute ride to narragansett town beach and the pier, 20 minutes to jamestown, 24 minutes to newport, 22 minutes to galilee where the block island ferry is and 18 minutes to scarborough beach
additional amenity charges for summer guests: professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week).
