The rooms are 1 with double bed and air conditioning, 1 with double bed fan and air, and another with 3 single beds and ceiling fan, total of 3 rooms. Kitchen with all utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots, pressure cooker, micro waves, sandwich maker and etc. We also have a home theater and 42 inch TV. We have wifi. I do not have cable tv. The house is on a hill and the street is no way out. The daily rate of R $ 160,00 is for double or 2 people, for more adults the value is different, Reveillon and Carnaval are different dates and the values are changed because we make packages.
