Welcome to this beautiful cottage! Nestled in a wooded lot across the street from the 100 feet of lakefront, this classic cottage offers the privacy on Keuka Lake that is a rare find. The shale beach offers walk-in access to our favorite Finger Lake. Bring the boat and tie up to the 30'X8" dock. The entry level of this home is accessed from the front porch. The entry level offers a kitchen, living space and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size bed while the second offers a full bed. Bedroom #3 offers twin bunks, perfect for the children. There is a 1/2-bathroom upstairs as well.Simple, comfortable, classic and affordable are what make this cottage a perfect location for your next lakefront getaway.Centrally located to some great towns and villages including Penn Yan, Hammondsport, and Watkins Glen.
