Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do more to help us. The bedroom had everything we needed with a comfortable bed and good facilities. It was small but then it was in an old building. A truly memorable stay

Negative: It wasn’t total dislike but we would have been happier with fewer stairs to our room.
