Positive: Najprej bi rada pohvalila izjemno prijazno, ustrežljivo in vedno nasmejano osebje, zaradi katerega sva se od prvega trenutka počutila dobrodošla. Hotel se nahaja na odlični lokaciji v samem središču mesta. Poseben čar mu daje zelen vrt na zadnji strani hotela, kjer je na terasi čudovito začeti dan z okusnim zajtrkom. Skozi vrt se lahko sprehodiš naravnost do obale smaragdne reke Soče, kar ustvari res posebno vzdušje. Sobe so zelo čiste, postelje pa izjemno udobne, zato sva vsako noč odlično spala in se zjutraj zbudila spočita. Hotel je tudi izvrstno izhodišče za raziskovanje širše okolice, odkrivanje biserjev Soške doline, številnih pohodniških poti, slapov, razglednih točk ter spoznavanje z bogato zgodovino in dediščino prve svetovne vojne. Vsak dan ponuja novo priložnost za nepozabna doživetja.

Negative: Hotel ima veliko prednosti, predvsem odlično lokacijo, prijazno osebje in prijetno vzdušje. Da bi bila izkušnja še boljša, bi bila dobrodošla postopna prenova sob. Oprema je ponekod že nekoliko dotrajana, zato bi prenova pohištva in kopalniške opreme hotelu dala sodobnejši videz. V poletnih mesecih bi bivanje dodatno izboljšala tudi vgradnja klimatizacije v sobe.
