Positive: The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Fantastic balcony with wonderful view over the mountains. Great drinks and food. Breakfast is incredible, such a plentiful choice of fresh food. Comfortable beds. A special place, retreat, very relaxing. Supermarket and tourist office very close by. Fantastic walks to viewpoints and gorge and waterfalls.

Negative: Towels and bins emptied and beds made but floor wasn’t hoovered after night 2. The self service coffee machine at breakfast, so I just ordered coffee from the bar.

Summary: Wonderful stay in an idyllic location.
