Positive: It is big

Negative: Location is too noisy till 22:00, walls itself are with poor isolation, we were able to hear all the movements from top.As apartment and comparing to single room, it offers only space and nothing more. We were too tired to complain but no knifes, no small pot for preparing tea, no plates(just 2 with useless shape) , so i dont see how this is called kitchen and basically we had "big room".
