3 Supervision Required: Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the hot tub. No diving or horseplay is permitted.
4 No Alcohol or Glassware: I agree not to use the hot tub while intoxicated or to bring glass containers into the hot tub area.
5 Waiver and Release: I, for myself and all members of my party, release and hold harmless the property owner, host, and their agents from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the hot tub, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or death.
6 Responsibility for Damage: I understand that I may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the hot tub due to misuse or failure to follow these rules.
