chelan county vacation rental requirements for lake vineyard escape:
1 max occupancy: 8 guests
2 max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles
3 quiet hours: 9pm-8am (sun-thu) & 10pm-8am (fri-sat)
4 no trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5 no trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6 renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
verified violations by the city of manson or county of chelan and/or complaints made by neighbors can result in any or all of the following:
1 $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2 forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3 immediate eviction
4 homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

for security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit This camera monitors weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
parking, boats & trailers:
parking is permitted for 4 vehicles Unfortunately, there is no room for trailers (RVs, boats, jet skis, etc) and blocking the shared driveway, neighbor’s home and access to the trash bins is not allowed. If you plan to bring a trailer, please contact us for additional details for where to park. The nearest boat launch is Mill Bay Park. Please contact your host for more information.

In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
