Please note there is a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.

there's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: squaw, bunting and k-hill, all offering wonderful views As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

getting around:
this home has convenient access to hwy 89a/89 (less than a mile away) which takes you to best friends animal sanctuary, zion and bryce national parks, lake powell, as well as the north rim of the grand canyon
here in southern utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
page, az airport is 1 hour away; st George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
