Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome has great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and is only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area.
the home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside. The living area has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Cozy up by the fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening on the fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the towering trees and watch the birds in the open space behind the home. The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities or toast some smores! There is a walking path at the end of the sidewalk that follows Millcreek and is a lovely place to walk the dogs or enjoy a shady stroll. The bmx track is also at the end of the street. test your skills on the hills!
the master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a large attached bathroom The patio doors off the bedroom open up to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. There are two rollaway beds available for extra (light) guests.
