this 1,200 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 2 - 6 people and is easily shared with good friends or family
please note although we are pet friendly, if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $10 per night, per pet feeLet us know if you will be bringing your dog(s) prior to your visit.
the open and spacious upstairs includes laundry facilities with washer and dryer, a second lounge/reading area, and one full bathroom (an additional half-bath is located downstairs) The kitchen is fully equipped. Double french doors open onto a lovely, wisteria covered patio - complete with a burbling water feature. French Quarter Cottage is an amazing treat and retreat! As one of four stand alone cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages, it is centrally located in downtown Moab, with a private entrance and convenient in-front parking with two designated parking spaces. Please contact us if you are planning on traveling with your trailer or toy hauler as we have limited parking and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.

my dog will be with me under my care at all times (if i must leave my dog alone, it will be kenneled)

i will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste
i will keep my dog off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches
i will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay
i understand that if i forget to leave the required dog fee, my card will be charged the full dog fee amount upon check out
