1 - door codes are always shared at 4pm Check-in time frame is from 4PM-11AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4PM-12AM).
2 - early check in, late check out, and early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $50 and registration are still pending
4 - deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 - all complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in
6 - all departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights
7 - all reservation changes must be done before the checkout time(10am) of the listing, changes can not be done after 10am as per the app configuration, we can not override this
8 - if you need to have an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved
9 - no courtesy refunds are provided
