It is equipped with a bathroom with toilet and bath in connection with the master bedroom. For the small bedrooms there is bathroom with toilet and shower. TV / play room is adjacent to the small bedrooms and a large living room with open plan to the dining area and kitchen. In the TV room there is also a convertible sofa. Living room and dining area are overlooking the water and there is an exit to the terrace with patio, and stairs down to garden and bridge. The house also has a guest WC.
