this comfortable holiday house is in the pretty village of valtura, just 6km from the town of pula It is on a 2000m² plot which is fenced. As the house is located in a quiet place surrounded by olive trees and beautiful greenery, it is ideal for guests who prefer peace and quiet and nature.
the 140m² holiday house was renovated in 2015 It is fully air-conditioned and has two spacious bedrooms. The first has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The two modern bathrooms have a shower and WC, as well as a hairdryer. The house has two fully-equipped kitchens, including a dishwasher. The first kitchen is integrated into the living room and also has an elegant dining space with a glass table and six chairs. Behind it there is the living room with two sofa beds (120 x 200cm each) for two people. The second kitchen has a dining space with a table and two wooden benches. There is a fireplace behind it. Satellite TV, a safe for your valuables, and free wireless Internet access (speed 5Mbit/s) are available. A cot can be provided free of charge. The three air conditioning units are in the two bedrooms and in the living room.
