On the solid foundations of the wine cellar and mezzanine floor we have added a new attic with access to a cosy roof terrace. A good choice for anyone who is curious to see how traditional architecture can be extended into the modern age.
the two-door kitchen-cum-living room (13m²) is located on the mezzanine floor It is fully equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, kettle, spices and more. The first room (17m²) leads off the kitchen. Three windows open up the room and the view out onto the courtyard or a lane where sheep and goats trot home in the evening.
an external staircase with balcony landing leads to the two sunny rooms in the attic First you enter a passageway room (13m²), and from the second room (17m²) you have access to the roof terrace. You look westwards to the wooded mountains or the roofs of the village. All rooms are equipped with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, corner bench or armchairs, as well as 2 LED TVs (international programmes) and WLAN.

Each floor and the bathroom have an electric infrared panel. The solar-supported central heating system has a threefold backup. Either you fire the water-bearing tiled stove in the kitchen, which supplies all the radiators in the house, or an automatic control system switches on a gas boiler and/or the electric infrared panels. All types of heating are included in the price.
