this detached single-family house is in a quiet village at the end of the street in beautiful and green surroundings, just 3km from the sea and 4km from umag The location is ideal for family activities, romantic trips or simply pure relaxation and leisure.

The inviting pool (8 x 6m) is right next to the charming roofed lounge area with an extra sitting and lounger area with an outdoor shower. The ca. 800m² site is fully fenced in and so also ideal for children to play and dogs to run around. You can park free of charge on the large private parking space.
