Villa Carmen is an air conditioned 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa, laid out over 2 floors with a ground to roof open aspect lounge. Outdoors the villa offers a private heated pool, ample space for sunbathing and dining, a large outdoor lit lounge area and a huge lit pergola providing covered additional dining space.

The first floor consists of a double bedroom, complete with a king size bed and French windows out to a spacious balcony, a bathroom with shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets and remote controlled air conditioning.

The ground floor has a further double bedroom with king size bed, a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds and again these are remote controlled air conditioned with ample wardrobe and drawer space and bedside cabinets. Alongside these are a bathroom containing a shower, single basin and toilet and a further bedroom containing bunk beds. This bedroom too is remote controlled air conditioned.

The ground floor also provides a spacious kitchen, with fridge, oven, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher and twin sinks. A further large fridge freezer is housed in the utility room along with the washing machine, the electric hot water tank and a butler sink. Clothes drying racks are provided outside. There is a further bathroom with basin, shower and toilet.

The villa has 2 lounges. Each lounge has 2 matching sofas, a large flat screen TV which provides the complete Spanish air to view package as well as the Astra 2 Satellite service which provides a good number of UK channels. The main lounge has a dining table with 6 chairs . The second lounge, provides a bluetooth music system which will link to most iPods, iPads, MP3 players and phones. This lounge also has a Wii console.

The outside of the villa consist of a filtered heated pool with depths from 1.1m to 1.4 metres. The pool is approximately 13ft by 28 ft in size. There are 8 adjustable sun loungers and 2 adjustable high back armchairs all provided with towels. There are also parasols both poolside and for the dining table and outdoor lounge. The pool area also provides a full size purpose built charcoal barbeque. In terms of outside dining, there is a large 10 seater table and 10 chairs, and an over hanging closable parasol allowing eating in either sun or shade. There is also a large wood and tile pergola which will accommodate the dining facilities if under full cover dining is preferred. Additionally there is a separate fully lit outdoor lounge patio with wicker sofas, chairs and coffee table.
